ArduPilot APM V2.6 is a high-performance flight controller with very great capabilities!
This universal device is used to control and stabilize
all remotely controlled devices.
Its other advantages are: auto-return or the ability to fly after waiponto.
After connecting a GPS receiver with a compass we gain additional possibilities
such as: flight route planning specifying, among others waypoints, its height or the speed of the model.
A standard micro-USB cable is used to upgrade the software and configure
all controller settings.
There is a program to help you: MissionPlanner.
The controller along with the software offers full support for Gimbal.
The controller is available in the version with vertical pinout. p>

Before installing the controller, I also encourage you to watch: p>

The APM controller has no protection against incorrect power supply
(too high voltage, reverse connection or incorrect power configuration cause damage to the controller)
No allowed to connect any external devices (radio modem, OSD, RC receiver) if the controller is powered from the USB port -
this will damage the 3.3V controller.
Inverse connecting plugs from an RC receiver may result in damage to the regulator.
Do not power the device at the same time with Power Module APM and speed controllers -
it may damage the power module and controller.
To prevent this, disconnect jumper JP1.
You can not power the servos with the Power Module with APM
Short circuit and power on the input or output of the PCB will lead to a burnout of the Schottkyego protection diode and /
or a fuse. The 3.3V controller may also be damaged. p>
